Description

Durabound Non UVR Resin 6.9kg is a high-quality solvent free, two-part aliphatic polyurethane kit specially formulated to provide consistent results. Regardless of colour or density, it works well with resin bound aggregates.

The Durabound Non UVR resin range is colour stable meaning it will not unduly alter the aggregate base colour which is important in lighter aggregate colours.

It works well for a range of commercial and residential applications including driveways, walkways, car parks, and patios.

The Durabound Non UVR resin bound system is SUDS compliant so it does not need planning permission (depending on if the sub based on which it is lai is porous or a suitable soakaway exists.

It is UK manufactured and is certified and approved as a part of a BBA system.

The Durabound Non UVR resin is supplied as a two-part kit that is easy to use and must always be produced using the same strict factory conditions and ingredients. This safeguards the consistency and performance of Durabound UVR resin. The mix quickly establishes excellent tolerance to moisture and is durable through heavy foot traffic.

Our recommended mix design for the 6.9kg kit is:

75kgs 2-5mm
12.5kgs 1-3mm
6.25kgs sand
Total 93.75kgs

% resin 6.93% – Coverage approximately 3.53m2 at 15mm and 3.13m2 at 18mm.

We advise using an accelerator/catalyst to ensure even, consistent curing at temperatures below 15 degrees.
