As it is also SUDS (Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems) compliant when mixed with a wide range of coloured resin bound mixes, it means you will not need planning permission for use if the sub base is porous or a suitable soak away exists. The finished surface will remain puddle free and environmentally friendly.
